On Demand Pest Control Employee App Support
This page provides support for the On Demand Pest Control employee iPhone app. The app is available only to authorized H L Pest Solutions LLC employees and requires a company-provisioned account.

For login, access, customer, proposal, task, notification, or other app issues, contact:
When reporting a problem, include the screen you were using, what you expected to happen, and the approximate time of the issue. Do not email passwords, API keys, or unnecessary customer information.
Access and sign-in
Public registration is not available. Employees sign in with an authorized company Google account. If your role or access is incorrect, contact support rather than sharing another employee’s account.
Notifications
Operational notifications require notification permission in iOS. Open Settings → Notifications → On Demand Pest Control to review permission settings. Some information remains available in the app notification center even when iOS notifications are disabled.
