On Demand Pest Control Employee App Privacy Notice

This notice describes how H L Pest Solutions LLC, doing business as On Demand Pest Control, handles information in its employee iPhone app. The app is an internal operations tool for authorized employees and is not intended for public customer registration.
Information used by the app
The app may process:
- Employee identity and account information, including name, company email address, role, office, and internal user identifier.
- Customer and additional-contact information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, and FieldRoutes customer identifiers.
- Operational content, including assignments, notes, tasks, opportunities, proposals, signatures and document status, appointments, and workflow history.
- Device push-notification tokens associated with the signed-in employee and device.
The app does not access the employee’s personal address book and does not collect precise or coarse device location.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate authorized employees; display and manage assigned customers, opportunities, proposals, tasks, appointments, and notifications; coordinate front-office and field operations; maintain security and audit history; and provide support.
Service providers and connected systems
Information may be processed by service providers and business systems used to operate the app, including Apple, Google authentication services, Amazon Web Services, Expo notification services, FieldRoutes, and DocuSeal. These providers process information to provide hosting, authentication, notifications, customer and service workflows, or document services on our behalf.
Sharing, advertising, and tracking
We do not sell employee or customer information. The app contains no advertising and does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect company systems or users, or to providers supporting app functionality.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal obligations, security, audit history, and customer service records. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access and role-based permissions. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Employees may disable iOS notification permission, although operational notifications may remain visible inside the app. To request access correction, account deactivation, or assistance regarding information in the app, contact us using the details below. Some records may need to be retained for legal, contractual, security, or operational purposes.
