A few limits are worth knowing up front. New or previously unidentified openings fall outside the warranty, including holes chewed later somewhere we never sealed. If that happens, we inspect at no charge and quote the additional exclusion work separately. Warranty service is reactive — you let us know there’s activity and we respond. Do you clean the attic after the rodents are removed?
