Frequently asked questions
How much does termite treatment cost in Boca Raton?
The starting figure in our pricing section applies only to a one-year drywood termite bond on a smaller home. Every other termite service is quoted individually after a free inspection. Your quote depends on the termite type, your home's size and the method you choose.
Do I have to leave my home during termite treatment?
It depends on the method. Tent fumigation requires you to leave and stay out until the licensed fumigator tests clearance levels and posts a written clearance notice. The typical vacate period is two nights and three days, and it can run longer. Liquid Formosan treatment doesn't require you to leave home, but people and pets must stay clear of the work area during application and off treated soil until it has been watered in or has dried. For other methods, your inspector explains what to expect before work begins.
Is the termite inspection free?
Yes. Our standard termite inspection is free and comes with a written quote. An official WDO report for a real estate closing is a separate paid service, quoted on request.
How soon can you inspect my Boca Raton home?
We respond to requests the same day, and new customers are typically scheduled within 24 hours. Same-day appointments depend on availability and preparation.
Does a termite warranty cover repairs to damaged wood?
No. None of our termite agreements covers wood repair or termite damage. Coverage is limited to the retreatment, further liquid treatment or station servicing described in your agreement. Formosan fumigation comes with no warranty.
