Frequently asked questions
How much does termite treatment cost in Pompano Beach?
It depends on the species, the method and your home. Our published starting figure applies only to a one-year drywood bond on a smaller home. Every other service, including fumigation, liquid treatment and baiting, is quoted individually after a free inspection.
Do I have to tent my house for termites?
Not always. Drywood termites in a few spots may be handled with spot treatment or a drywood bond. Drywood termites spread through the house may call for whole-house fumigation. If you do tent, plan to be out of the home, usually for two nights and three days. Don't go back in until clearance is posted.
Is the termite inspection free?
Yes. The standard inspection to identify termites and quote treatment is free. An official WDO real-estate report or clearance letter for a home sale is a separate paid service, and we quote it on request.
How soon can someone come out?
We respond the same day. New customers are typically scheduled within 24 hours. Same-day appointments depend on availability and preparation.
Will a termite warranty pay to repair damaged wood?
No. None of our termite plans covers wood repair or replacement, whether the damage happened before or after treatment. Plans that include coverage provide retreatment or servicing under their written terms. Formosan fumigation carries no warranty.
