Frequently asked questions
How much does termite treatment cost in Coconut Creek?
It depends on the species, the method and the size of your home. The published starting figure applies only to a one-year drywood bond on a smaller home. We quote every other service after a free inspection.
How soon can an inspector come to my Coconut Creek home?
We respond the same day. New customers are typically scheduled within 24 hours. Same-day appointments depend on availability and preparation.
Do I have to leave my house for termite treatment?
It depends on the method. For drywood or Formosan fumigation, you leave the home, typically for two nights and three days, and return only after the licensed fumigator posts clearance. Formosan liquid treatment doesn't require you to leave. People and pets stay clear of the work area and off treated soil until the product has been watered in or has dried. Other methods have their own preparation steps, which we explain in advance.
Does every termite treatment come with a warranty?
No. Drywood bonds, drywood fumigation and Formosan liquid treatment include renewable coverage. Spot treatment covers the treated areas for 60 days. Baiting includes a first year of station monitoring and servicing. Formosan fumigation has no warranty, and none of these services covers repairs to damaged wood.
Do you provide termite reports for a home sale?
Yes. An official WDO real-estate report is a paid service, quoted separately from our free standard inspection. Contact us with your closing timeline and we'll give you a quote.
