Frequently asked questions
How much does termite treatment cost in Southwest Ranches?
The price depends on the termite species, the method and the size of your home. The starting price on this page applies only to a one-year drywood bond on a smaller home. Other services are quoted individually after a free inspection, and you get a written quote before any work begins.
How soon can someone inspect my home?
We respond the same day, and new customers are typically scheduled within 24 hours. Same-day appointments depend on availability and preparation.
Do I have to leave my house for termite treatment?
That depends on the method. Tent fumigation requires you to leave, typically for two nights and three days, and you go back in only after the licensed fumigator has posted clearance. With Formosan liquid treatment you can stay home, but people and pets need to stay clear of the work area while the work is in progress and off the treated soil until it has been watered in or has dried. Your written quote lists the preparation steps for the method you choose.
Does a termite warranty cover damage repairs?
No. Our termite agreements do not pay for wood repair or termite damage. Where a warranty applies, it covers re-treatment or servicing under that method's written terms. Formosan fumigation is sold with no warranty.
Can you provide a termite report for a home sale?
Yes. We offer official WDO real estate reports on Florida's required FDACS form. This is a paid service separate from our free standard inspection, and we quote it before scheduling.
