Frequently asked questions
How soon can you come out for bed bugs in West Palm Beach?
We respond the same day you contact us. New customers are typically scheduled within 24 hours, and same-day appointments depend on availability and preparation. Your first appointment is the free inspection, where our inspector confirms activity and writes up the scope.
How many visits does bed bug treatment take?
The standard program is two liquid treatment visits about fourteen days apart, unless your written scope lists more. The second visit matters because it targets bugs that hatch after the first treatment. Skipping it can leave the job incomplete.
Is bed bug treatment safe for my family and pets?
Products are applied according to label directions. Everyone needs to stay out of treated areas until surfaces are dry, which typically takes up to two hours. Before treatment, tell us about pets, infants, pregnant occupants, or anyone with medical conditions or sensitivities, so we can account for them when choosing and applying products.
Can I get rid of bed bugs myself with sprays or foggers?
Store-bought foggers and sprays can scatter bed bugs into new hiding spots, which makes professional treatment harder. If you're already scheduled with us, don't apply other products between visits without checking with us first. A confirmed infestation is usually best handled with a planned, multi-visit treatment.
What happens if bed bugs come back after treatment?
If you see activity within sixty days of your final visit, contact us and we'll schedule an inspection at no charge. If we confirm live bugs in the originally treated areas and the activity is covered, we'll re-treat those areas with liquid treatment at no additional charge. Our warranty terms explain the details, including what's excluded: bugs brought in from outside, rooms that weren't treated, and skipped prep or follow-up visits. If the activity isn't covered, we'll give you a written quote for any additional work, and you can accept or decline it.
