Frequently asked questions
How do I know if I really have bed bugs in my Pembroke Pines home?
Look for physical signs: live bugs, shed skins, tiny eggs, or dark spotting along mattress seams, bed frames and couch cushions. Bites by themselves can't confirm bed bugs, because other pests and skin conditions cause similar marks. A free inspection is the most reliable way to find out.
How soon can you come out?
We respond the same day you contact us, and new customers are typically scheduled within 24 hours. Same-day appointments may be possible depending on availability and preparation. A response isn't the same as a completed treatment, and the full program still takes two visits about fourteen days apart.
Why does bed bug treatment take two visits?
Bed bug control requires the full sequence of visits; a single visit alone is not a complete treatment. The follow-up visit about fourteen days later is part of the program because one visit alone is not a complete treatment. Missing the follow-up can reduce how well the treatment works and affects your warranty coverage.
What if I see bed bugs again after treatment?
Contact us during your 60-day warranty period and we'll schedule an inspection at no charge. If we confirm covered live bed bug activity in the rooms we originally treated, we re-treat those areas with liquid at no additional charge. Reintroduction, incomplete preparation and missed follow-up visits are excluded. If the new activity came from outside, such as luggage, used furniture or a neighboring unit, or it's in a room that wasn't treated, we'll give you a written quote for that work. Our warranty terms spell out these details, so read them before your first visit.
Is liquid bed bug treatment safe for my family and pets?
Products are applied according to label directions. Everyone, including pets, needs to stay out of treated areas until surfaces are dry, typically within two hours. Before treatment, tell us about any pets, infants, pregnant household members or health sensitivities so the technician can plan the application. Also avoid using your own sprays or foggers between visits, because they can scatter bed bugs.
