Frequently asked questions
How do I know if I really have bed bugs in my Southwest Ranches home?
Bites alone aren't enough to confirm bed bugs, because other pests and skin reactions can cause similar marks. Look for live bugs, shed skins, tiny eggs or dark spotting along mattress seams and furniture. Our free inspection checks these signs and tells you which rooms, if any, need treatment.
How soon can someone come out?
We respond the same day you contact us. New customers are typically scheduled within 24 hours. Same-day appointments depend on availability and preparation, so they aren't guaranteed.
Why does bed bug treatment take two visits?
The first liquid application treats active bugs, but eggs can hatch afterward. The follow-up visit, about fourteen days later, targets that next group. Bed bug control requires the full sequence of visits, so a single visit is not a complete treatment.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
You and your household need to stay out of the treated areas while the technician applies the product and until surfaces are dry, which typically takes about two hours. Tell us beforehand about any infants, pregnant occupants, pets, sensitivities or medical conditions so we can plan around them.
Do you use heat treatment for bed bugs?
No. Our program is a room-based liquid treatment, not heat or thermal treatment. If the inspection finds a severe infestation that liquid treatment can't reasonably control, we may recommend fumigation, which is assessed and quoted separately.
