Frequently asked questions
Do you provide rat and mouse removal in Marco Island?
Yes. Rat and mouse removal are covered within the Marco Island rodent-control service. Species and entry points are evaluated during the inspection rather than assumed from a sound or photograph.
Do you seal entry points on the first visit?
When service is approved, identified openings are sealed and interior traps are set during the same first visit. Follow-up visits check traps and reassess activity.
Is rodent monitoring the same as exclusion?
No. Monitoring is a separate exterior bait-station population-pressure service. It is not trapping, exclusion, interior control, or a guarantee of entry prevention.
Is attic cleanup included in rodent control?
Not automatically. Contaminated-insulation removal, sanitation, deodorizing, and re-insulation are discussed and quoted separately when needed.
Does the exclusion warranty cover any future rodent entry?
No. It applies to a covered entry point identified, sealed, and recorded on the Exclusion Form, for the original purchaser at the original treated address, subject to the agreement. It does not cover new or unlisted entry points, rodent damage, dead rodents in inaccessible areas, or scheduled annual inspections.
How much does rodent control cost?
Complete trapping and exclusion starts around $1,050 for a typical single-story home. The actual quote depends on the property and approved scope. The standard service inspection is free, and a written quote is provided before approval.
How do I schedule service?
Call (941) 444-0062. Business hours are Monday–Friday 9–5, Saturday 9–1, and Sunday closed. Same-day service is available only when the schedule permits; most appointments are within one to two business days.
