Frequently asked questions
How much does pest control cost in Cape Coral?
It depends on the home. Pricing depends on the size of the home and the service frequency you choose. The inspection establishes the initial treatment needed, including whether an ant or German roach flushout is appropriate. We give you a free on-site inspection and a written quote before any work starts, so you know the full cost in advance.
How soon can you come out to my Cape Coral home?
We respond the same day. New customer appointments are typically scheduled within 24 hours. Same-day appointments depend on availability and preparation. We operate during business hours.
What pests does the general household pest plan cover?
The plan covers the indoor pests identified on the front page of your service agreement. Termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes, wildlife, and birds fall outside general household pest coverage. We offer termite service, rodent control, bed bug treatment, and a monthly mosquito service separately, so ask your inspector if you are seeing any of those.
Do you have to treat inside my house every time?
No. The initial service treats the interior and the exterior. After that, regular visits focus on the exterior barrier, because maintaining the exterior perimeter helps reduce insect entry. We notify you when your exterior service is due, and you can request an interior treatment at that point. Any time you see covered pest activity inside, call and we will treat inside.
What happens if bugs show up inside between my scheduled visits?
Call us. Free re-service is included for covered pests that get inside the living space while your agreement is active. This applies to activity inside the home. Activity outside the living space is not covered by the indoor callback; regular exterior-perimeter treatment is preventive.
Does Cape Coral's rain wash away the exterior treatment?
We use rain-repellant and rain-activated exterior products. Product performance depends on conditions and application, so contact us if you notice covered pest activity inside. Your service report lists the products used at your home.
