Frequently asked questions
What pests does general pest control cover in Fort Myers?
A general pest plan covers the indoor covered pests identified on the front page of your agreement — common household insects such as ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, and similar occasional invaders. Termites, bedbugs, mosquitoes, rodents, wildlife, and birds fall outside the general household agreement.
How often should a Fort Myers home be treated?
Recurring service runs bi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly after the one-time initial service. Bi-monthly is the most popular cycle. Your written quote states your chosen schedule.
Do you treat inside the house on every visit?
The initial service treats both the interior and the exterior. After that, recurring service focuses on the exterior barrier, which helps reduce pest entry. Interior treatment is available any time you request it or notice activity inside, and we notify you when your exterior service is due so you can ask for the interior on that visit.
What happens if covered pests show up inside between services?
Call us and we will come back and treat at no additional charge while your agreement is active. Insects around the yard and the exterior of the home are outside the callback, since outdoor insect activity is a permanent part of the environment here. The barrier exists to keep covered pests out of the space you live in.
Will rain wash off the exterior treatment?
We use rain-repellant and rain-activated exterior products. Product performance depends on conditions and application, so contact us if you notice covered pest activity inside. Your service report lists the products used at your home.
Do I get anything in writing after a service?
Yes. After every service, we email a report documenting that the home was treated, which products were used, and which areas were targeted. That emailed report is the record of the visit, and it arrives whether or not you were home when the technician came out.
