Our most popular schedule is bi-monthly, meaning an exterior service every other month. Monthly and quarterly plans are also available. All recurring plans follow the initial interior-and-exterior service.
What does the first pest control service include that later visits do not?
The initial service treats both the interior and the exterior of the home, and the technician checks for conducive conditions around the property that drive pest activity. After that, recurring visits focus on the exterior barrier. Interior treatment continues whenever you request it or you notice activity inside.
Are free callbacks included if bugs come back?
Yes, with a defined scope. While your plan is active, if a covered pest gets inside your living space between scheduled visits, we return and treat it at no extra charge. Insects outside around the yard and exterior are not part of the callback — they are always going to be present outdoors here, and the point of the barrier is keeping them out of the house.
Does South Florida rain wash off the exterior treatment?
The products used on the exterior are rain-repellant and rain-activated, which is why they are chosen for this market. Exterior applications use rain-repellant and rain-activated products; performance remains subject to conditions, label directions, and the service agreement.
What pests are covered under the general pest control plan?
The plan covers common household pests — the ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish and similar occasional invaders that get into living spaces. The general pest agreement is the authoritative source for the exact covered-pest list and the terms of the plan, and we go over it with you before you sign anything.
