Frequently asked questions
How much does rodent control cost in Miami Gardens?
It depends on how many entry points your home has and how hard they are to reach. A home with a complex roofline or several roof vents usually needs more sealing. Every job starts with a free inspection and a written quote, so you'll know the price before work begins.
How soon can you come out for rats in my attic?
We respond the same day you contact us. New customer appointments are typically scheduled within 24 hours. A same-day appointment may be possible, depending on availability and preparation.
Why does rodent removal take more than one visit?
Sealing and trapping start together on the first visit, but the rats still inside need time to reach the traps. Removal takes at least two visits, spaced 5–7 days apart. On follow-ups, the technician checks the traps and looks for remaining activity.
Do you put bait inside my home?
No. Inside the home we use traps. Bait stations go outside only, around the perimeter where appropriate, to reduce rodent pressure on the property. Your technician will explain where everything is placed.
Can I get rid of rats myself instead of hiring a pro?
You can trap a few rats yourself, but more can come in if the entry points stay open. Roof rats often use soffit gaps, roof vents and openings around vent stacks that are hard to spot from the ground. Professional exclusion finds and seals those openings while trapping handles the rats already inside.
