Frequently asked questions
Will this get rid of every mosquito in my yard?
No. This is a population-reduction service, and we will not tell you otherwise. Mosquitoes travel in from neighboring yards, canals, swales, and drainage features, so bites and post-rain surges can still happen. The service targets what your property produces and the adults resting in it.
How often do you come out?
Monthly, at the interval set in your agreement. Every visit includes inspecting and refreshing the In2Care® stations, topping off their water, and re-treating the foliage. Skipped visits let the stations run out of active material.
What do I need to do before a service visit?
Leave gates unlocked or confirm the gate code works, restrain pets, and move cushions, toys, or anything else you would rather not have misted off the patio. Also let us know ahead of any landscaping, fence replacement, or pool work that could affect station placement or yard access.
What about pets, fish, and edible plants?
Products are applied according to label directions under Florida licensing rules. The stations are designed to let mosquitoes reach the material inside, so leave them undisturbed rather than opening or moving them. Tell us in writing before the first treatment about koi ponds, beehives, edible gardens, or any known sensitivity so the technician can work around them.
Why do I still need to dump standing water if you are treating?
Because the stations and the misting reduce activity, they do not replace drainage. A saucer, tire, or tarp holding water keeps generating mosquitoes, and activity traced to water left in place after we flag it is not covered by the agreement. Dumping and refilling containers weekly is the single most useful thing you can do between visits.
How soon can you come out?
Same-day service is often available when the schedule allows, and most appointments land within 1–2 business days. We operate during business hours.
